As Founding Director of Red Kite RE, Simon brings over 25 years’ commercial real estate experience, with a client-side track record in the asset management of some of Central London’s most iconic office buildings and estates, as well as multi-sector experience to include student, living, retail and data centres: an aggregate of £7bn of UK real estate assets under management (AUM).

The story of Red Kite is born out of this professional journey, and the breadth of experience Simon brings to his work.
